What exactly is a blog? The word blog comes from "Web Log"- weblog-Blog. Blog is a platform to publish content instantly! Think of a blog like a online journal, documenting daily events and much more. A blog could be like a news agency publisher, but without the editor. The term "blogosphere" is the millions of interconnected blogs on the Internet. As of June, 2008, there are approximately- 80 million active bloggers world-wide. Their are bloggers in every category on about every subject.
What is Web 2.0? Its no longer about presentation, but more about content. No longer about reading websites, but about writing blogs. It is less about companies, more about communities. Less about "corporate message," more about "my message.'
The term "Web 2.0" goes back to -2003. Web 2.0 is changing the way companies and people interact online. Web 2.0 refers to the new movement of interactive online activities. A Blog creation takes about five minutes.
